Entertainment & Music Business
Complex:
Business Plan
2.0 Company, Products, and Services
2.1 The company:
Southwest Songwriters Association
is a music songwriting organization, with future plans to change the entire
geographical face of the music industry in this country. SWSWA entertainment and
music business complex will be setup to be the headquarters for this transition.
It will consist of a world-class concert stage (40’ x 100’), which will
accommodate 10,000 spectators ($20 x 10,000 = $200,000) per show. The
entertainment complex will also house schooling facilities for video editing,
multi-track recording, songwriting, and marketing. The complex will serve as the
main headquarters for Southwest Songwriters Association. The grounds will also
accommodate food and memorabilia vendors.
SWSWA headquarters will serve as a
vital point of contact for musicians, songwriters, agents, and managers and all
others involved in the music business. Modern technology such as the internet
and computer programs that provide professional recording and marketing
capabilities have created a music industry revolution and SWSWA intends to
emerge as a huge player in the music industry that is recognized at an
International level. The business complex will also be home for two new record
labels, being introduced later this year, Ghost Town Records and Tornado
Alley. A newly formed Distributor Company (not yet named) will cater to the
needs of both labels and any member of the SouthWest SongWriters Association. This distributor will also have a main office in the complex.
